So browsing the internet, I saw a few things that I thought were cool.
1. Anchoring mental states- To make someone smile, mirror their breathing pattern. Inhale and exhale at the same time they do, but don't make it obvious. Next, wiggle the fingers on your left hand anytime they smile while you are talking to them. Eventually, every time you wiggle your fingers, they will return to that mental state. You don't have to use the wiggling, it can be any subtle move as long as it's on the left side of your body.
2. Closing your eyes for 20 seconds quickens the onset of night vision.
3. When throwing a punch, close your fight at the last second
